Cillas from 'My 600-lb Life' had what TLC called "this season's most dramatic transformation." See him now and follow him on social media.

Season 7 of My 600-lb Life featured a few of TLC's "most dramatic" transformations of the past few years. But relating to actually mind-blowing adjustments, Cillas Givens, previously 600 pounds, takes the cake.

Since appearing on Season 7 and managing to shed hundreds of pounds, Cillas has shown no indicators of forestalling his fantastic progress. In reality, it seems like he has married his former fiancée Jessica, and that the two are dedicated to a lifetime of well being. 

Cillas Givens was motivated to get healthy for his family on 'My 600-lb Life.'

However, undergoing the sort of dramatic way of life and vitamin alternate wasn't simple for Cillas, who weighed 600 pounds and had spent the previous two years of his life immobile. "I've been in my medical bed for the past 2.5 years," Cillas published while he and Jessica have been driving out to Dr. Now's office in Texas.

While the force from Fairview, Okla. to Houston, Texas, most often takes between eight and 9 hours, the couple had to stop halfway in Denton, Texas, as a result of Cillas used to be running low on oxygen and was once exhausted from the trip. "Let's just find a place to stop and we can change it there once I'm out of this car," he exclaimed, exasperated, as viewers heard a deafening beep from his gadget in the backseat of the car. 

"We've made it to Denton, Texas, and I'm at my limit right now," Cillas later printed in a voiceover. "My back is really hurting real bad so I just need to get out but this isn't going to be simple for me."

Cillas continued to say he used to be "kind of anxious and nervous to see how this is going to go but it's got to be better than being in this van." His anxiety stemmed from being unsure if the hotel he used to be "hoping to avoid" had a mattress that might be capable to dangle him.

"And on top of that," as he put it, "I'm not going to be able to just get out and walk into the room so we're going to have to call EMTs to get me out." We've seen many Dr. Now patients battle with identical mobility issues — again in the Season 7 premiere, Octavia additionally wanted EMTs to get out of her area, after being bed-bound for over a yr.

How is Cillas from 'My 600-lb Life' doing now?

Cillas still seems to be with his fiancée Jessica, and the couple appear happier than ever. They have a social media presence for Cillas so that fanatics may just stay alongside of his progress. You can observe him on Facebook (although they have not presented recent public updates,) and on Instagram (pending a pal request).

After Cillas' April 2019 episode of My 600-lb Life premiered, the couple started a healthy-eating weight-loss motivation Facebook group where they inspire others to embark on their adventure to well being. "I want more than a few pounds lost, I want to find something healthy on the other end of those numbers," reads the description.
