Rolling Stone interviewed 14 former workers, and two present ones, and the account they provide of what is taking place on the show is beautiful bleak. The article main points how other folks's psychological health is in decline from having to walk on eggshells while at paintings and how the personnel would use dressing rooms to cry due to Jimmy's "erratic" habits.

A large number of Jimmy's conduct problems seem to be alcohol-induced, having the host come to work hungover ceaselessly.
