Stephen A. Smith and Jason Whitlock's War of Words Keeps Escalating

Few sports commentators are much less frightened of a battle than Stephen A. Smith, however only in the near past, the ESPN commentator escalated his disagreement with former colleague and present conservative commentator Jason Whitlock. In a video released on Jan. 10, 2024, Stephen made his hatred for Jason particular. "I've had enough of that fat b---h, that piece of s--t," Stephen said all over his radio display.

"And I want to make sure that before I go to break, I want anyone out there who watches me, anyone out there who knows me, anyone out there, no matter what you think of me," he persisted. "I want you to remember I never talk about him. I never talk about my colleagues. I don't do that. This is a first. But it's necessary."

During his radio show, Stephen had even more retaliatory remarks against Jason. In fact, Stephen claimed during his show that he had called his pastor, the higher-ups at ESPN, and members of his family to warn them that he would be getting heated on the program.

"I literally called my pastor and requested for his forgiveness and working out in advance," Stephen said, "as a result of he isn't going to acknowledge the individual he is about to hear."

In Jason's column, he suggests that despite the fact that Stephen doesn't actually know much about sports, he was "put in" at ESPN as a plant.

"It’s comical how little he in fact knows about sports activities, but anyone installed him because the No. 1 voice of sports activities," Jason said on his show. "That’s what Katt Williams is talking about. Kevin Hart is an OK comedian."

"Someone put in him as the face of comedy, and gave him a deal and put things in position for him to have all of the luck because they can keep an eye on Kevin Hart," Jason continued. "That’s what came about to Stephen A. Smith. If you move learn Straight Shooter, you'll be able to see it all over."

Stephen is one of the most famed and a success sports activities commentators on the air nowadays, a minimum of partly because of his deliberately inflammatory style.
