What happened to Vlad on 'CBS This Morning'? Life and love happened!

Vlad and his spouse Marian Wang welcomed their first child in February, just a month earlier than his promotion on the morning display on CBS.

The little lady, named Céline Mari WeiZhen Wang-Duthiers, is at the back of the explanation lovers are lacking Vlad of past due.

Even though child Céline was born six months in the past, it sort of feels that August used to be the appropriate time for Vlad and his lovely family to embark on a longer holiday to Anguilla, which will even represent the newsman's paternity leave.

So, how long will Vlad be (deservedly) basking in the sun with Marian and his smiley daughter?

In the comments section of an Instagram post shared from the jaw-dropping locale where the anchor is enjoying time clear of the scoop desk, Vlad shared, "I’ll see you next month after Labor Day!"

Vlad took an excessively quick paternity leave when his daughter was once born.

Vlad seemingly kicked off his go away of absence in early August, having tagged a submit #paternityleave on Aug. 9, 2023.

For the past few weeks, he has shared envy-inducing footage as he soaks up the solar and circle of relatives time in Anguilla.

Vlad admitted that he didn't need to go away to come again to work. "It's a good thing I love my job and I love y'all," he joked about forcing himself to say goodbye to his treasured family that morning.

Given this sweet admission, we're so happy that Vlad is spending some more high quality family time — although, we must additionally admit we will be able to't wait to see him back on CBS This Morning.
