It was a tragic day for all folks when Philip Winchester, who plays ADA Peter Stone (son of mythical OG Law & Order prosecutor Ben Stone), introduced that he would not be coming back to the show after his two-season run.
At the top of ultimate March, Philip tweeted, "Sadly for me, Peter Stone and his 'the facts don't care about your feelings' attitude will not be returning. A huge tip of the hat to my amazing fans and not so big fans. You ALL make work harder. Thank you! See you on the next adventure."

As Olivia puts it all the way through her emotional toast, "As of midnight tonight, our Sonny Carisi will be bringing his charm and expertise to the DA's Special Victims Unit under Bureau Chief Hadid."
