Adam Samberg exits, Amy Poehler joins Maya Rudolph for Season 2 of ‘Baking It.’

Due to a scheduling conflict, Adam sat out this season of Baking It. Amy informed The Hollywood Reporter she was "thrilled" to enroll in the collection in his absence.

“He thankfully and gratefully let me step into his sweaters.”

But this isn’t the first time Amy has hosted a holiday pageant. She up to now hosted the display’s sister series Making It.

“I knew from my enjoy on Making It how a laugh it is to do it along with your good friend, because I were given to do it with Nick, and I knew that what it supposed used to be Maya and I were going to spend time together,” Amy shared, “I am hoping Andy never comes back from no matter country he’s in.”

As Maya and Amy soak up the mantle of hosts, the Grandmothers are again as judges in Season 2 of Baking It.

With years of wisdom underneath their belt, Grandma Anne, Gigi Sherri, Nana Harriet, and Bubbe Norma judge each dish and make a decision which contestants take the cake at the finish of each pageant. And in line with Amy, viewers can expect the Grandmothers to “tell it directly.”

“As bakers and as teachers, we adore the method they interact with each and every different and the method they interact with the contestants,” the new Baking It host told Entertainment Tonight.
