Dr. Calico May Know Something About the Aliens in 'AHS' (SPOILERS)

The latest season of American Horror Story, titled American Horror Story: Double Feature, went with a singular twist on the cherished AHS plot. Instead of offering one storyline for the entirety of the season, it's been broken up into two very different (but in some way yet-to-be-revealed-to-be-intertwined) tales focusing on vampires and extraterrestrial beings.

The vampire part of the season wrapped on Sept. 22, 2021, and now the show has pivoted to the alien portion of the tale. In the 2d alien-related episode, fans learned extra about the extent of alien cooperation with U.S. authorities forces, and the current scenario turns out pretty bleak.

However, the previous couple of minutes of the episode noticed the introduction of a new persona, Dr. Calico (Leslie Grossman), who turns out to understand fairly so much about the aliens and how they function.

Who is Dr. Calico on 'AHS'? What we learn about her backstory (so far).
