Despite having an excellent listing of accolades in Hollywood, Vance lately made headlines for something that had not anything to do with his occupation. Namely, he used to be one of Ellen's largest and maximum vocal supporters when numerous claims of her workplace being poisonous came to light.

Although Ellen used to be grateful for her brother's reinforce, many followers slammed the multi-hyphenate ingenious for apparently glazing over the many accusations levied towards Ellen and her senior staffers over the years on her talk display.
